Location Creation

when someone (with special access privileges, perhaps based on points) creates a "checkpoint " the checkpoint records the location and a selfie this permits others who used the locator to see nearby checkpoints if someone going to the same checkpoint, that selfie gets sent to all who have minted a checkpoint why would someone mint a checkpoint? after minting a location, the creator wants to gather a bunch of people to that same location for a specific time they could socialize this in their social networks and amongst their friends something happens? not sure potential ideas people who like the space have to "stake" their tokens indicating that they will show up on the date of a gathering in the future?? if they don't show up and scan that they were there, that token value is slashed this encourages people to actually show up it can't be deposited into the organizers account, because that would motivate holding events in locations that people want to go but end up flaking does that exist? we want to encourage photographs of places where people want to show up at a time that they can maybe people spend token to indicate that they love a specific place and would love to chill with people there then those who reserve notification based on staking a token are the ones who get notified of a flash event at that point in time, people raise their stake to reserve at the given location and time those who show up will mint the event into their account, and will be granted access to the group of people who showed up
